Delivery Policy

All welding equipment orders of less than £200 are subject to carriage and this is calculated by order value.

All welding equipment orders of over £200 are despatched by carrier FREE OF CHARGE.

Small orders will be despatched by Royal Mail.  All other orders are sent by courier and require a signature on delivery.

Lost Packages.

Even though our welding supplies and welding accessories packages are sent via the most efficient method available, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. If this occurs please allow 7 working days for the package to arrive from the date of despatch). Please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, a claim for loss cannot be made and you, the customer, will be unable to claim any loss from us.
